Delete your account in the app

If you still have access to the app, use the in-app deletion option:

1. Open Chatbot AI Assistant - ChatPro.
2. Open Settings and select Account.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm the deletion.

This is the fastest option and permanently signs you out after the request is completed.

Request deletion through support

If you cannot access the app, email our support team from the same Google email address used to sign in to ChatPro.

For security, we may ask for additional information to verify that you own the account. Do not send your password, Google password, access token, payment card information, or other sensitive credentials.

We aim to verify and complete valid requests within 7 days. We will confirm by email when the request has been processed.

Data that will be deleted

Deleting your account removes the data associated with your signed-in ChatPro account from our active systems, including:

• your account profile and Google sign-in association;
• your active login sessions;
• your signed-in conversations and messages;
• images and files attached to those conversations; and
• related feedback and account-linked usage records.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data that may be retained

Limited pseudonymous device quota and security information may be retained for up to 12 months to prevent fraud and repeated abuse of free usage. This information cannot be used to restore your deleted conversations.

Deleted account data may remain in encrypted, access-restricted backups for up to 90 days before automatic deletion. Backups are used only for disaster recovery. If a backup is restored, completed account deletion requests are reapplied before the Service returns to normal operation.

Guest conversations that were never transferred to your signed-in account are separate and are not deleted as part of an account deletion request.

Google Play subscriptions

Deleting your ChatPro account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. To avoid future charges, cancel it separately in Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
3. Select ChatPro and choose Cancel subscription.
